MISSION STATEMENT
Star on the Mountain Theatrical Productions
The mission of Star on the Mountain Theatrical Productions is to create, engage in, and promote quality performing arts experiences for the purposes of education and community enrichment.
Founded in 2017, SOTM has produced theatrical experiences in the community in a variety of ways, to include pop-up puppet & mask craft events, costumed characters at ZooSpectro Patronum and Krampusfest, summer theater camps for teens, and fundraising for local organizations through our VDay:The Vagina Monologues performances.
Company Goals:
- Create workshop and outreach programs that will capture the attention of children & adults and develop their passion for the Arts at little to no cost to participants.
- Seek out funding for scholarships for college
- Involvement in and creation of projects that will serve and enrich our community
- Produce high-quality theatre

Established 2017
Who We Are
Rachel Mullins is a founding member of Star on the Mountain Production Company. She began her theater career in Minnesota working with community theaters, professional companies, children’s theaters and touring shows in the Twin Cities area. She has been involved locally with UTEP Union Dinner Theater, Shakespeare on the Rocks, Kids n Co, and the El Paso Playhouse. Rachel is passionate about serving her community as a public school teacher, artist, activist, volunteer and occasional singer.
Erika Moeller is a founding member of Star on the Mountain Production Company. She has been involved in theatre since high school through various
outlets such as Viva! El Paso, Shakespeare on the Rocks, UTEP, EPCC, and most recently Monteleone's Haunted Motel & Restaurant Interactive Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre. She is a local educator, museum volunteer, seamstress, book enthusiast, artist, singer, hobbyist gardener and chef, very part-time martial artist and linguistic aficionado and dabbler in many things even remotely interesting.
Elizabeth Mullins is a high school engineering teacher and E-sports and Robotics coach. Her favorite part about doing her job is all the amazing young people she gets to work with. Elizabeth cares deeply about being a positive resource for up and coming generations. Being a part of Star on the Mountain Theatrical Productions is another source of creativity and community in her life.
Alison Munoz is proud to have been born and raised here in El Paso. She is a former teacher, school librarian, and youth director. Alison loves learning and trying new things and caring for animals, so she busies herself with learning how to bake and cook new recipes, creating and building new spaces, and volunteering with local programs to help El Paso's animals in need. Alison is thrilled about all she can learn now that she has joined Star on the Mountain Production Company!
